It was very male-dominated, with weird case studies and pushy questions. I did an intensive offline case study prep, but didn't even get to present it since I didn't make it to the second round.
The interview included 3 case studies during the conversation, and I also had to prepare a case to present after lunch. I spoke with different interviewers. Everything was online, and there was no math test. The first conversation went great, but the second one was quite unfriendly, leaving a bad impression.
The interview process involved 3 rounds. Round 1 was a case interview, lasting about an hour. Round 2 also included a case interview and a presentation interview. For the presentation, I had 45 minutes to prepare a decision-based presentation after reviewing a 2-page document, followed by a 45-minute defense. Round 3 consisted of 2 case interviews, each about an hour long. Each case interview had a 10-minute resume review, a 45-minute business case discussion, and a 5-minute Q&A about the company, the role, and work-life balance.
