Candidate-reported interview process
It was a face-to-face interview. Three interviews in total, covering a case study, company fit, and my industry experience. Pretty standard stuff, just like at other top consulting firms like Mck, Bain, BCG, and Kearney.
The interview process had 4 rounds in total. Two of those were case rounds, one was an HR round and the final one was a fit round. The first case round was a guesstimate type of question, while the second was more of a consulting-like case.
It started with an interview with the TMT practice partner, then two case studies with TMT managers, not necessarily sector-specific. Some questions were also asked about expertise/missions.
