It was a dynamic interview with medium-high difficulty cases. The interviewer was approachable. It's best to prepare for MBB-style cases to be well-equipped. The fit part is also fundamental. Expect a response within one to two weeks.
The interview process involved an in-person meeting followed by case studies. The office in Frankfurter Squaire is very nice. The interviewers were competent and aimed for a genuine, open discussion. Authenticity is valued over self-promotion. It's beneficial to be familiar with the latest studies and focus markets.
It started with some initial interviews, maybe on campus or over the phone, where they usually chatted about my background and gave me a quick case. If that went well, I was invited for in-person interviews. First up was a group presentation where I had to talk about myself and why I'd be a good fit for a few people from the company. After that, there were about 3 or 4 one-on-one interviews, which also involved discussing my experience and tackling a case. The cases varied from one interview to the next.
