Candidate-reported interview process
It was mostly a referral process. Before this, I was very active in the Community, from sharing technical knowledge to helping with event organization. Some colleagues then suggested I join the team.
The process had three parts: first an online English test, then a 30-minute technical test, and finally a one-hour interview where we mostly talked about my experience. The interviewer was pretty good, so no real surprises.
It started with an HR screening where some preliminary data science questions were asked. The second stage was with a senior technical recruiter who went through all the technical questions. It was pretty straightforward and a good learning experience, even though I didn't get the offer.
