It was pretty smooth. After passing two rounds of coding challenges, I got a job offer. They even offered me more salary than I asked for.
It was done in two steps: stack-specific questions in the form multiple choice (Android in my case), then typical leetcode/Hackerrank type questions (medium mostly). The whole process took about 3 hours
The interview was really detailed about my experience and technology factors. They asked about my previous role and paycheck at my last company, and what position I held. They also wanted to know if I'd be working with them long-term or on contract terms.
