Andela Devops Engineer interviews, decoded.

First, there was a chat to check my English, followed by some HR questions. Then came a technical interview, which felt like a basic interview with standard questions. Because of this, I decided not to continue with the hiring process.

The interview experience was bad and unorganized, worse than I expected. The interviewer even argued with me about my answer, which was correct. His behavior was unprofessional, leaving me confused and disappointed about their process.

After signing the contract with Andela, they cancelled it just 2 days later because I mentioned my previous employer. It was a terrible experience. The actual interview part was okay and not difficult. HR and others from Andela were pushing me to sign the contract quickly while I was still reviewing the legal details. Once I signed, they sent an email canceling it after only two days.
