Candidate-reported interview process

It started with an HR screening where some preliminary data science questions were asked. The second stage was with a senior technical recruiter who went through all the technical questions. It was pretty straightforward and a good learning experience, even though I didn't get the offer.

The interview process was good overall. Most of it involved SQL, which might be tricky if you come from a software background, so you really need to prepare for that. There's also a test on the platform before you talk to the technical recruiter.

I was initially contacted by a recruiter for a Data Scientist position. The initial conversation seemed promising, with the recruiter noting my strong experience. However, my profile was apparently forwarded to a client, and I received no further communication. After several weeks without a response, I reached out via email, but was completely ignored. I found this lack of basic courtesy and communication to be very unprofessional, especially given the effort I invested in preparing for the interview.
