The interview was supposed to start, but I ended up waiting more than 20 minutes and the interviewer never showed up. I tried reaching out to them via message and email to follow up about the interview, but I haven't heard back from them. This whole experience was very unreliable, and I definitely wouldn't suggest scheduling any interviews with them. If they can't even make it to their own interview, I honestly wouldn't trust them with any business dealings.
I had my first interview, but the interviewer was over 30 minutes late and didn't show up. They didn't reply to my emails until the next week. When we finally rescheduled, it felt like they were just going through the motions and didn't really want to move my application forward.
There were four interviews in total, wrapping up with a chat with a current SDR and an AE (who is at the next level up). They were all pretty conversational, but did have some simple case study questions mixed in. Be ready with examples of when you learned from a mistake, or worked on a team where someone wasn't pulling their weight. All the interviews were over Zoom and everyone was really nice.
