Candidate-reported interview process

Had a simple coding test first, then one interview where we talked a lot about my research, and then it was like a rapid-fire session on lots of robotics topics like controls, planning, and trajectory optimization to see what I know and don't know.

The interview process focuses on questions about the Amazon Principles, using real examples from your daily work. It's best to use the STAR method because most questions are behavioral. You can connect these principles to your past job experiences, but make sure they aren't too old.

It was a good and smooth process with 2 virtual rounds. They asked about my research experience on robotics and LP. No live coding was involved. They also asked some behavioral questions like how you use gen AI and show your ownership.
