Video call with different people on the team, each 30 min long. The interview process was pretty straightforward and the recruiter was excellent the whole way through, from the initial email to the offer, which took about 2 weeks.
Started with a recruiter call. Then had a second round which was a business case and Amazon Principles with the team lead. The third round was with the hiring manager, covering business case, Amazon Principles, resume, and live SQL questions with follow-up questions on my solution.
The interview process was challenging. They focused on assessing technical and problem-solving abilities. Prior experience in robotics was beneficial. They also evaluated leadership skills.
