Had a one hour technical interview first. Then, a one hour informational interview was the second round. They were prepared and professional. They got back to me very quickly after both.
The interview process was pretty simple. I applied for the Summer 2024 internship in North Reading, MA. A recruiter contacted me and set up an interview for early January. It began with a behavioral part, then the interviewer, who's an engineer at AR, asked me some basic engineering questions that we learned in our second year of mechanical engineering.
They told me that it would be two rounds of interviews: one general ME technical and then a STAR method one related to my resume. I went into the first interview prepped for a technical but got thrown a STAR method interview that I wasn't as prepared for. In short, be prepared for both because you'll never know what you're going to get.
