The interview process was quick but not very collaborative. It felt like they had a very specific profile in mind, almost like a cookie-cutter mold for their business. They asked good questions but didn't really try to understand me as a candidate or how I might adapt and succeed. It seemed very short-sighted.
There were two virtual interview rounds. Both were behavioral questions about past experiences and projects. No technical questions or whiteboarding. They focus on your impact, so make sure to highlight that.
It was a full day of interviews with 5 interviewers. They asked a lot of STAR questions, focusing on my technical background and experience managing big technical programs. My suggestion is to prepare real-life examples beforehand, rather than trying to come up with answers on the spot.
