Candidate-reported interview process

I did my interview back in march 2025. It started with an online assessment that had coding questions and some leadership principle questions. After that, I had one live interview round where I needed to solve a LeetCode easy problem involving hashing and also share two stories that demonstrated my leadership principles.

The recruiter reached out first. Then I was given an OA with typical Leetcode problems and questions relating to Amazon's Leadership Principles. Following that, there was one interview round where I had to solve a medium-difficulty Leetcode problem and answer some behavioral questions. I got the offer within 5 business days!

So first I had to do an online assessment thing. After that, I had a Zoom call with two engineers. We talked about some behavioral stuff and they asked me one technical question where I had to live code.
