Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was straightforward and uncomplicated. They asked me where I live and what made me pick this company. They also inquired about my educational background and my family. Finally, they asked about my five-year career goals.

The interview process was well-organized and moved quickly, without being overly long. Communication was good all the way through. I met with three people in total, so it wasn't too many. HR provided a fair offer and all the necessary information.

Interviews were easy. They scheduled quickly and gave feedback fast. Technical rounds had MCQs. Other rounds were with the TL, Manager, and all the way up to Senior Director. The technical skills they asked about aren't super critical for the actual job, but they wanted to see how well you solve problems and your attitude.
