The interview process had like 3 rounds. First was an aptitude test, then a technical interview, and finally an HR interview. They look at communication and problem-solving skills for this role. The technical round usually involves situation-based questions.
I did a written test for English and Database. Then there was a technical round covering BI, Dataware house, SQL, SSIS and reporting. After that, 2 manager rounds discussed my strengths and weakness etc, and 2 HR rounds. It took 2 weeks to get the offer.
Had two chats with HR folks first. They were nice, but you could tell they were looking for specific keywords. Then, a call with the hiring manager. After that, there was a group interview with the product management crew. It felt pretty chill, but the questions got down to business, technically speaking. They wanted to see how I think and what my technical opinions were, and I had to back them up with solid reasons.
