Candidate-reported interview process

I interviewed with a group of 5 writers, who had a range of seniority. They were really nice people. It was a little intimidating, but they were all professional and courteous.

It was a 2 step process. First, an HR interview, then a telephonic interview. Finally, they extended an offer.

The whole process of getting hired usually takes around 2 to 4 weeks. First, a university recruiter will reach out to you. After that, you'll have a phone interview, and if you make it through, you'll come onsite for an interview with the team. The phone interview will be behavioral, while the onsite interview will focus on technical skills. The technical questions will be tailored based on your past work experience and any coursework you've done.
