It started with a phone interview. Then I did a panel interview, the team was extremely efficient and provided great insight about the company and the role. The Director at the time was professional, kind, and prompt. Felt very comfortable.

It was a pretty standard interview process with all average questions. I was asked general questions like 'tell me about yourself' and details about my background, like where I'm from, where I graduated, and when I graduated. Later, I found out from a friend that there's a preference for candidates from Kerala among the senior management and HR, which might have influenced the process.

First, I had a recruiter call where they checked out my skills. Then, I went in for an in-person interview with some of my future co-workers and my manager. My director was also part of it via phone since she was out of town. It was pretty much a standard interview process, and it took a little while to get the offer.
