First, there was an English test which was pretty easy. Then, I had an in-person interview. I was expecting one interviewer, but two people showed up, and they seemed really confused about the questions. I managed to answer everything though. One of the interviewers had only been there for about two months. Honestly, neither of them seemed to know the difference between stress and load testing. My advice to HR is to let candidates know if they've been selected or not, either by email or right after the interview, because we keep having to chase them for updates. My advice to management is to make sure the interviewers are actually qualified for the interviews.
It was a one day process and it was quite quick. First there was an English test written, then one round of oral technical test, followed by a second managerial round. Lastly, there was an HR round, which was also good. The whole process was a one day process and it was quite quick. Lastly, there was an HR round and it was also good.
The hiring process was good and conducted very professionally. The interviewers were putting the candidates at ease first and then asking questions. Not one irrelevant question was asked and they were even interested in knowing what other technologies did the candidate know apart from his field.
