I had 3 phone interviews for the Project Analyst role. First, I spoke with the recruiter. Then, I had a call with the College Hired program coordinator. Lastly, I interviewed with a Project Manager. They were all pretty straightforward and mostly covered behavioral questions.
I had a panel interview where I met with two managers from a specific department at the same time. One manager was in person, and the other joined via video chat. They asked me questions about my previous experience resolving customer issues and requested specific examples. After that, I met with another manager. The interviews were pleasant and went well. They offered me the position a couple of weeks later.
I had 2 calls with the recruiter, then 3 interviews with upper level management, including 1 sr manager and 2 directors. It was a bit confusing what department I was actually applying for since each manager seemed to work in a different part of the company. I wasn't really clear on my role and responsibilities until I started the job, and I was unclear about the job I was eventually hired for. The questions were pretty generic for the company itself, asking about my experience and what I was looking for in a job.
