Candidate-reported interview process
The interview follow-up was really bad. They seem to want to make you wait until they find a mission for you, and only then do they have you sign the contract. I don't like this philosophy.
The interview for a junior position involved discussing the candidate's previous experience and knowledge, as well as the extent of their C++ knowledge and unit test development.
A recruiter reached out to me, then I had an interview with the manager, followed by a client interview. The offer and onboarding were quick and easy. The managers are professional. I highly recommend it! The whole process took less than two weeks.
