Candidate-reported interview process

A recruiter reached out to me, then I had an interview with the manager, followed by a client interview. The offer and onboarding were quick and easy. The managers are professional. I highly recommend it! The whole process took less than two weeks.

It was a really simple interview process. Started with some introductory questions about my past experiences and projects from university. They also threw in some technical questions occasionally, sometimes interrupting to ask them. I had to briefly explain the tools I've used before and how I'd quickly pick up new things.

First a phone call interview, then an interview with a manager where technical questions were asked. The questions covered many engineering areas, focusing on aeronautics in my case. It was quite challenging knowledge-wise. A technical test followed the interview.
