They asked me about my background and my knowledge in material science. It wasn't very difficult, but you had to know the basic concepts in material science. Unfortunately, after that, they told me they would get back to me, and I never heard back, not even a negative response. I find this unacceptable in terms of respect. At least saying no is a sign of respect for candidates.
The interviewers were great. The onboarding part was very transparent and quick. They offer self-study programs with different platforms. They really take care of their staff every week. They have good time and client management.
After being contacted on LinkedIn, we had an introductory call and then a technical interview. So, I'd say it's a pretty standard process, nothing particularly noteworthy.
