Candidate-reported interview process
The interview process included an initial HR call, about 30 minutes and pretty easy, with questions based on your CV and experience. Then there was a motivational interview with the head of HR, building on the first round but more in-depth, focusing on why you want this role, company, and region office. The third stage involved two case studies. Offer negotiation took some time after that.
There were 3 interviews in total. First with a recruiter, then a manager, and finally a regional head. Each interview lasted about an hour and focused heavily on the candidate's motivation. The interviews emphasized commercial acumen rather than technical skills.
It was pretty simple. They asked questions to get to know me better. The team leader and department director were both very friendly. I wish they'd given a more detailed job description though.
