I had an initial introductory meeting with the HR team, followed by a technical interview with the Business Partner. Both meetings were extremely positive: the people I spoke with were very helpful, professional, and punctual. The whole process was clear and well-organized, leaving a very good overall impression.

Really bad experience. No feedback after submitting the skills file. I felt like the main goal was just to collect personal info and get manager contacts to secure projects, at the expense of candidates.

It's a typical consulting company interview, quite superficial and focused on past experiences, essentially going through the CV. No complex questions or specific evaluations were asked. The selection process is divided into three stages: a preliminary one with a recruiter, a second with a Business Manager, and a third with the client who is interested in the role.
