First, a recruiter usually gets in touch, generally the one handling the selection process for a certain vacancy. If your profile is liked at first, it moves to the Business Manager in charge of the vacancy's project. They will conduct a second, more technical interview to determine if the profile is appropriate for the job requirements. Sometimes, coordinators or colleagues of the vacancy might join this interview for more specific questions or to verify the profile meets expectations. If these two filters are passed, a formal offer would be prepared and, after signing, you'd be onboarded at the corresponding facilities.
