AKKODIS Manufacturing Engineer interviews, decoded.

The interview process was very professional, and I received an interview invitation a few days later. I haven't heard back yet, but I felt really positive about it. The manager was great and asked some really in-depth questions about my entire CV.

The interview was split into two parts. The first part was an introductory meeting where I had to talk about myself and my academic background. The second part involved some questions about how I would solve work-related situations that were presented to me.

After I applied for the process engineer role, a talent acquisition specialist reached out on LinkedIn the very next day to schedule a phone call. We arranged to talk the following day, but they never called. I messaged them again on LinkedIn asking what happened since I was waiting for their call, but got no response. This is not the right way to handle interviews. Even if the outcome isn't favorable for a candidate, they should at least notify them that the interview has been canceled.
