Candidate-reported interview process

I had the online application process by giving my CV + cover letter before the interview. And I had the interview directly with a manager about personal questions, and my work abilities.

Online selection, personality test - psychotechnical and English test (or TOEIC) - face-to-face interview (tip: don't seem too enthusiastic like you're desperate, stay calm, mature, with high emotional intelligence)

First, there was a video call where I had to introduce myself and explain why I applied for this offer. Then, I had to speak in English about my projects, followed by a 5-10 minute Q&A session.
