Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process involved online personality tests (SOSI, 100 questions), an English test or validated TOEIC, in-person French tests (a 30-minute written response on a given topic), an HR interview, and a technical interview with the manager.

The interview was a 45-minute face-to-face meeting at an Air France office, held at the AIR FRANCE headquarters in Roissy Charles de Gaulle. It was a very quick and friendly chat with the manager, and one interview was all it took.

Had two HR interviews and two interviews with the manager. There was a personality test to complete that the recruiter used to guide the interview. The whole process took several months.
