Candidate-reported interview process

I took another test, it was the same one they gave me online. After that, they brought us in to meet with the hiring manager from HR and also a manager who works at the airport.

First, I submitted an online application and had to take a Wonderlic IQ test. After that, I had a quick phone call with HR in New York. Then, I went in for an in-person interview which included another Wonderlic IQ test and a one-on-one chat with the hiring manager at the station, plus another person.

Applied online. Had to resubmit resume and do an online assessment. Then got invited for an on-site interview. There were 10 other candidates. The interview started right on time, and two people who were late didn't get considered. We all did a timed assessment, same as the online one. If you're applying to Air France, make sure you do your own assessment! Five people were let go after that. The remaining five got some info about the company, like flights, benefits, expectations, and the possible start date. Then came the individual interviews, about 25-30 minutes each. The Air France team was really nice and welcoming. It seems like a good place to work if you want an airline career.
