Candidate-reported interview process

Had an interview with the manager – a full-day assessment: logical test (completing sequences...), English test, writing test, personality test, and Q&A. Then a debrief with HR. I found the personality test interesting, but the day took place in very gloomy offices in Villepinte, with a rather strange atmosphere... No recommendation for lunch... It felt a bit old-fashioned.... Then, an interview with a member of the management.

We are asked to do a standard presentation about ourselves, to explain why Air France and why us and not someone else? It's in a nice and relaxed atmosphere, very attentive, and we can ask all our questions.

It started with an HR pre-selection after applying on the recruitment website. The CV went to the manager who conducted the interview. The interview was constructive, a pleasant discussion. I got a quick response afterwards. I returned to Roissy to sign the contract with HR.
