Candidate-reported interview process

Simple selection process, just interviews in Portuguese and other languages directly with supervisors. There were no psychometric tests or other evaluations.

went through four tests: a geography test (matching cities/countries to continents), an accuracy test, and two formal/courtesy letters in English and Spanish. Also a computer test about flight departures/arrivals and flight availability. The letters were examples of customer complaints and refunds for flight time changes.

Two stages interview. It was quite difficult and destabilizing. You need to be very good in English and in another foreign language if possible. Having a good presentation is essential.
