Candidate-reported interview process

The first day had several written tests and an English test if your TOEIC wasn't valid (Cambridge). Then there was an HR interview. After that, a call for an HR interview with the hiring manager. The HR person called me back the same evening to confirm the hire.

Initial questions about personal and professional background, and examples of projects and achievements you might have. Then, a comprehensive presentation of the position and its responsibilities. The interview was split into two parts: one focusing on technical background and the other on HR aspects.

Super quick 15-min chat: the recruiter fires off questions, expecting instant robot-like answers, no discussion or intro to the role/company. It clearly feels like a fast filter.
