The interview process had two rounds. First, there was a phone interview, which was pretty easy and didn't have many technical questions, mostly just getting to know me. Then, there was a second interview specifically with the debt and equity team.
The interviewers were super nice and made me feel relaxed. We had a pleasant chat with 6 competency-based questions, two for each company value. I heard back pretty quickly and was offered the job, starting about a month later.
It was a really fair and clear process. I met with a panel of two people. They started by asking competency-based questions and went through my CV. They also asked about Aegon values and skills relevant to the job.
