It was a 3 round process. First I talked to some other analysts. Then I met with the managers of the equity and debt groups.
I had a good time interviewing at Aagon. I had a chill and encouraging talk with both the recruiter and the manager of the Customer service department.
I applied at a campus event and handed in my CV. The HR team got in touch within two weeks and I had an interview with the team. The team was nice and asked questions about my CV and my understanding of the position.
