The interview process had two stages: one with HR and another with my department. HR asked basic questions like introducing myself and my salary expectations. The whole thing took about two months. It was a really professional and friendly experience.
The application and recruiting process was pretty smooth. They responded quickly to my online application, and then there were 3-4 rounds of interviews. It all felt very open and transparent. Even if an interview didn't go well, the interviewers always made me feel comfortable and welcome.
The interview was behavioral and pretty straightforward. The interviewers were all really nice, and the whole vibe was super relaxed. I had a group interview with the analyst team, but it didn't feel chaotic or anything.
