The interview process is a single round. It starts with a conversation about your CV, discussing your career history. Then, there are about four or five questions that test your competencies. Finally, you'll talk about the role and why you are a good fit for it (and why you want it).

There was a bit of a disconnect between the recruiters and the people who would be managing the role, and I didn't hear back after the interview. That said, the interviewers themselves were great, and it seems like a really good place to work.

It started with a welcoming group chat and some quick responses. I went through three interviews total. My first interview was a phone call. Then, I had an in-person interview with the team. The final interview was with the head of the department. The team members were really knowledgeable and open to different ideas.
