This involved some tech questions about different situations and how I'd handle them.

The interview process was pretty thorough, covering a wide range of topics. They inquired about my management approach and my familiarity with cars and parts. The interview went on for a bit over an hour, with a brief pause for the interviewer to take a phone call.

I applied for a different role but was told I was overqualified as a new grad for it. They then invited me to interview for a supervisory position instead, without a prior phone screen. I had to ask for details about the job, and they said they'd tell me during the interview. I drove over an hour for this interview, still not knowing the job title or what I'd be doing. The interview itself was pretty standard, with two interviewers reading questions from a script. It lasted about 40 minutes. They said I'd hear back within the week, but it's been over a month and I haven't heard anything.
