The hiring process can take a while depending on what the district needs, and it includes panel interviews and role-playing. You'll be waiting on call backs. It can be a daunting process, so having patience is a plus. The job offer is pretty standard with not much room to negotiate salary.
This was a really good interview process. The questions were based on experience and were detailed. Several team members were involved in the process, and it felt objective.
An HR person from outside the area first called me for a basic screening. Then I had an in-person interview with the local District Manager and some other GMs. Two weeks later, the area HR Director and Territory VP interviewed me in person. Finally, I got called in two weeks after that for the offer. They said it usually takes 2-3 weeks but there were some delays because the VP was on vacation. They're trying to become more of a sales focused company, so be ready to talk about sales culture.
