Started with a recruiter call and a personality test, which was pretty standard. Then, I had a panel conference call, which was a first for me. About two weeks later, I had a formal panel interview with the Area HR manager, Regional HR, the RVP, and another person whose title I can't recall. They asked standard behavior questions along with some others.

So I was contacted by a recruiter since I had an active resume out there. First, I had a one-hour phone interview and was given a bunch of tests. Then, there was a panel interview, and finally, I met with the regional vice president. It was all pretty hush-hush because the person currently in the role hadn't been let go yet.
