Candidate-reported interview process

I applied online, then went to the store and spoke with the GM. He had me take an aptitude test, which I passed. The GM then set up an interview with me and the District Leader. They answered my questions thoroughly. I had to take a drug screen and a background check before getting the job offer.

The interview process involved a phone interview followed by an in-person interview.

It was a good interview. I was asked a lot of questions about my knowledge of car parts and my history with customer service and how well I handle difficult situations if they were to arrive.
