Candidate-reported interview process

I saw a posting for a 'Key holder' role, which I figured would pay better than a regular delivery driver. I chatted casually with the manager at the counter about my experience for about 20 minutes, and then they offered me a 'Mobile Pro' position that included key holder duties, meaning I could open and close the store.

It was straightforward, just making sure you can do the job. If you area good fit and can work in a team or independent. If you have a clean driving record and customer service.

The interview was super chill and straightforward. The store manager usually does the interviews. It wasn't a hard job to get.
