Adjust Interview Questions

I had five steps since I changed Job Title during the process of interview. In general, it seems there are three steps for interview and one Tasty test. First interview was with a HR administrator. Second interview was with team lead managers. Third interview was with same position as your role.

So there were 3 online interviews and 1 test. The first was with HR for about 30 minutes. Then I got a test in my email that I had 3-5 days to complete. After that, I had a 60-minute interview with two team leads from the Technical Account Management team where we discussed the role, requirements, my past experience, and the test. Finally, I interviewed with the VP of Technical Account Management. That was a really open and honest chat where they answered all my questions. The whole process was super clear, organized, quick, and transparent. Everyone I met was really nice, friendly, and professional. It was a great and impressive experience.

I really liked the interview experience. It was all really positive and clear. Big thanks to HR for keeping me updated about what was coming next. Everyone was super nice and friendly, it was a pleasure meeting them. They gave me a better understanding of the job, the company's values, and how they operate. It seems like this company genuinely cares about its employees and the quality of what they make.
