I really liked the interview experience. It was all really positive and clear. Big thanks to HR for keeping me updated about what was coming next. Everyone was super nice and friendly, it was a pleasure meeting them. They gave me a better understanding of the job, the company's values, and how they operate. It seems like this company genuinely cares about its employees and the quality of what they make.
The hiring process was really smooth and organized. For this SDR role, it involved a take-home assignment and then four interviews with different people like regional and global managers, and even future teammates. It took about a month from start to finish. What stood out was how quickly and clearly HR responded after each step, unlike other places where you're left hanging for ages. Everyone I interviewed with was really friendly and put me at ease. The whole experience was super positive, and I'm really excited to start!
Applied online, took about one to two weeks to hear back. Had an interview with the Global Sales Head, then an interview with two Senior Sales Interviewers. It was a bit surprising because it didn't match the HR email prep instructions (like STAR format), it was pretty casual. Also a bit weird to be asked to switch to Arabic for some questions when they could have been asked in English, especially since one interviewer was English speaking. The Head of Global Sales is a really kind leader, I'd want to work for her if I had the chance again.
