Candidate-reported interview process

So far the interview process has been very smooth, professional and friendly. The team really knows what they're doing. The first assessment test is key to show that you can find answers even to situations that you have not experienced before.

They started with a knowledge test, then I had a quick chat with the talent acquisition manager. After that, there was an hour-long interview with the hiring manager. The process was clear and I knew what they expected. I liked it and it was fast.

The interview process was very well organized and instructed. It started with the Recruiter, who clearly set the agenda and communicated the interview duration. The interviews are not old-fashioned, where you have to give pre-approved answers; it's a process for them to understand your thinking process and how well you fit into the company environment. The entire global team is filled with very dynamic people who are always eager to learn.
