Adjust Frontend Engineer interviews, decoded.

Applied through the website and got an email to schedule a call with a recruiter. After that, I was given a take home test which I finished in a couple of hours, although it was supposed to take 3 days. Then I had a tech interview that was more like a group discussion, where they were patient and asked about my front-end knowledge and a small coding challenge. Finally, there was a team-fit interview where I met the team and the hiring manager.

They gave me a task and asked me to solve it in three working days. I did the task in less than 3 days and it was complete but after four days they got back to me and said they unfortunately cannot continue with my application. I put time and effort to do the task but there were not enough information regarding the rejection result.

The hiring team's response time was really quick, and they let me know what to expect in the next stage. They were consistently under 72hrs with their responses at every step, which was super impressive. My overall experience was phenomenal. Good luck if you're interviewing!
