Adjust Account Manager interviews, decoded.

So there were 3 online interviews and 1 test. The first was with HR for about 30 minutes. Then I got a test in my email that I had 3-5 days to complete. After that, I had a 60-minute interview with two team leads from the Technical Account Management team where we discussed the role, requirements, my past experience, and the test. Finally, I interviewed with the VP of Technical Account Management. That was a really open and honest chat where they answered all my questions. The whole process was super clear, organized, quick, and transparent. Everyone I met was really nice, friendly, and professional. It was a great and impressive experience.

The interview process involved one offline technical test and three online interviews. Everything was well-organized and went smoothly, and they were very quick to provide feedback. They tested for both hard and soft skills, specifically technical and communication abilities. It was a really great interview experience!
