Candidate-reported interview process

I went through 4 rounds of interviews: HR, team lead, SRO, and CRO. The CRO interview was tough; she seemed to dismiss me early on and didn't give me much of a chance. She cut the 45-minute meeting short at 8 minutes and asked if I had questions. I didn't get an offer.

I had a couple of rounds, everything was pretty transparent and well-coordinated. The last round was in-person. It took over two months though, and I couldn't start on the 1st of the month for reasons that weren't explained.

The hiring process was pretty fast and organized. It started with a chat with HR, who asked about my background, why I wanted the job, and if I fit the company vibe. Then, I had a technical chat with two future teammates. We talked about the daily tasks and technical stuff for the role. The final step was an interview with the direct manager, who's American. We spoke in English about my past work, how I approach things, and what I'm looking for in the job. About a week after that last talk, I got the offer. The whole thing felt friendly, straightforward, and clear.
