I had a couple of rounds, everything was pretty transparent and well-coordinated. The last round was in-person. It took over two months though, and I couldn't start on the 1st of the month for reasons that weren't explained.
A recruiter reached out for an initial phone screen. Then, I had a video interview on Teams with the VP of Inside Sales. Things shifted when it became clear the role was heavy on prospecting and cold calling, which differs from my background in Account Management. The interview wrapped up early, finishing in 20 minutes instead of the scheduled 45.
First, they gave me an intro to the company. Then, we had a general chat about my background. It was a bit disappointing though, as the people I spoke with didn't seem too enthusiastic about the company or their product.
