Applied online. First, I had a recruiter screen. Then, I had a one-on-one with the hiring manager. The final stage was a series of 30-minute interviews with other stakeholders and a software demo. Everything was remote. The process moved pretty quickly, they communicated well and didn't waste my time with a rejection. It was nice that they didn't ghost me.
I applied online and then about 7 days later, I got an email from the recruiter. They wanted me to do an online assessment, which was like an IQ test/personality test. After that, the recruiter contacted me to go over my resume and ask some general questions. Then, I had to take the IQ test again, but this time it was on Webex.
First, they sent me an online aptitude test, then I had to go in and do it again. It wasn't super hard but you have to be quick or you'll run out of time. After that, they called me to set up an onsite interview. I interviewed with the hiring manager, who was really nice. It was mostly behavioral questions. I felt like the hiring manager wanted to know more about me as a person and how I'd fit with the team, rather than grilling me on technical stuff. HR got back to me fast, usually in a day or two.
