Candidate-reported interview process

Had a video interview with HR that went great. Then had a video interview with the hiring manager, which also went well. They scheduled me to talk to a sales engineer, but they missed the video call not once, but twice. After that, I interviewed with a different engineer. I made sure to send thank you notes to everyone involved, and even followed up with the hiring manager and the HR person. Then... nothing. Didn't even get a standard rejection email. Ghosted.

There were 3 interviews. First, you need to pass a test to be considered. Then, when you get to the office, you have to retake the test to prove you didn't cheat.

I applied on the company website and then got sent an online assessment. After that, I had a phone interview with a recruiter, and then an onsite interview with an executive. You really have to do the assessment to get an interview. The recruiters were fast with communication and very clear about everything.
